Yes there is a restroom ,But there is only 2 restrooms .and yes there is a office open during business hours.I AGREE JAVIER ONLY USE RESTROOM IF ITS AN EMERGENCY .IF YOU DO TRY NOT TO TOUCH ANYTHING . EVEN THOUGH THERE IS SOMEONE WHO CLEANS THE RESTROOM
