Location is super nice. Absurd you need a key for thr bathroom, while there is a long line and all you want to do is pee & then order coffee! Slow as hell on Easter, with maybe 7 people in the lobby. Took 21 min to order, & still couldn't pee.

Why did I love it? Great coffee made perfectly to my specifications, and no matter what time I visited the glazed doughnuts we're always fresh. Mom loved it too and she's the D&D queen!

Typically I dont have a problem here but this particular morning the lady that took my order was rushing the hell out of me and was just rude the entire order. If you dont like your job find another don't ruin everybody else's morning because you're disgruntled. The food is typically really good but today it tasted horrible. The bagel minis tasted like there were chemicals in the oven when they were toasted or however they do it. The snackin bacon was OVERLOADED with the sugar seasoning they put. My first bite was a mouth full of sugar.
