Stopped here during a road trip to Denver to pick up a much needed car charger. I asked for service and waited for about 10 minutes next to a locked up charger. I watched as the cashier continued to page someone to come assist me as they had a line. A young man walked in towards the end of my wait and an older gentlemen named Beau came out, looked at me waiting for him and decided to help the other gentleman that had just entered the store. Thankfully the other customer let Beau know I had been waiting and he needed to assist me first. Don't know if it was bc of my dark complexion or bc I'm a woman but I was offended that I was thought of as less important.

Pharmacy sucks. The automated line for Rx refill doesn't work. I am always on hold for 45 minutes (no joke... 45 minutes) with ringing and not even an answer when they put you on hold again and again. They sometimes just hang up after a hopeful ring. Short staffed or not... one answer phones, one does the register, and 2 to refill prescriptions... common sense doesnt run there. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. 😖

Scheduled an appointment at the pharmacy this morning for 4pm. Wasn’t notified about any issues with my appointment until I drive all the way there, where there’s a sign that says the pharmacy is closed due to family emergency. I totally get that family emergencies happen, but I don’t understand why I wasn’t notified by anyone other than the person with the emergency. Extra salt in the wound because now I can’t schedule any appointments for today & I really needed this appointment taken care of ASAP. Do better.

Absolutely ridiculous. I called the pharmacy now multiple times, get put on a hold then someone answers saying it will be a minute, I get put on a longer hold then the line starts ringing a few times then then it hangs up or drops… this is the 3rd Walgreens that my husband and I have tried to pick up a prescription for our sick kid and the other two times they have closed earlier then what anyone has told us. Leaving us a second day in a row of waiting for antibiotics.
