I have recently been going trough some struggles in life trying to find a place to live and I must say Andrew Romano has been the best help I could ask for. He has walked me trough this whole process helped me find a beautiful apartment And has made this whole experience much easier. From my devices not loading documents and helping me out and showing me all points of this beautiful property. In just a few days I was able to get the apartment I’ve always wanted with his help!

We have lived here for almost a year now and we love it here. Great amenities, great location, the whole nine yards. We are due to renew our lease and with the cost of housing in this beautiful city our rent was going to increase almost 300$. Theirs no way we could afford such an increase. After talking with Andrew in the front office who is absolutely amazing and understanding, spoke with the owner, THE OWNER, (most owners won’t give you the time of day) and they agreed on a number that we could afford! It is so hard to get considerate, caring customer service like that. I am happy to say that we can continue to stay in our beautiful apartment. I am beyond words. I know the market in this city is extremely expensive and they could have easily told us to just deal with it, but instead the OWNER was caring and understanding and worked with us! Ridgeview place is an amazing place to live, raise your family and just simply be happy. Now our family can continue to grow together, my kids can swim and play, my fur baby can play, we can do it all! I will never be able to say thank you enough to Andrew, Olivia and Jody as well as the owners of this amazing community. Their patience, kindness, understanding and consideration is above the saying above and beyond. My family and myself can not thank you enough for working with us so we can continue our lives in our happy little home. Living here is great! Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, good living area. I love the outdoor and indoor pool and the hot tub! My only complaint is that when I try to call the office no one ever picks up. It always says they’re busy. I leave a message no one calls my back. But other than that I like living here and it’s a quiet area

Quiet and peaceful. The ladies in the office are the best. Always take care of your issues. Love my view and the community garden is great. Maintenance takes care of work orders you submit.
