Great job to the managing partner and staff of this establishment. Excellent service throughout from greeting, seating, ordering, firing, serving, and billing. Our waitress tonight, Stephanie liked her job! It was not hard to tell that the restaurant operations are run by a well trained and highly coordinated team. This was not our first time with Longhorn, but today I decided to try their special item, lamb chops. It wasn't a mistake, but I did miss steaks better. I loved how they focus in perfecting the meat to the little details and care they put on their side dishes (I appreciate my Caesar salad served with shaved instead of shredded parmesan and warm bread before the entree). We will definitely come back.

Not premium meat, but the value for the money is excellent. Stuffed mushroom, and TX Tonion apps were great deals and delicious. Loved the plating of all the food. I had the Outlaw Ribeye 20 oz. Was a nicely prepared slab of meat. Shrimp and sirloin was delicious too. The only gripe I have is that the acoustics on there are horrible. The wood ceilings, tho beautiful just amplified every sound to 11! I couldn't hear myself think, much less hear a word out server said, she was cordial, but not the best. Prefer the atmosphere, quality of the meat, bread, and servers at TX Roadhouse better, but for the money, I will probably choose Longhorn when given the choice. Better value, tastier sides, better presentation. Besides the loud atmosphere, it was very good meal

I would go back. Great food. Service was ok. The wait was about 15 mins at 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday. I let the host know we wanted a booth, when she went to sit us it was a half booth so I asked for a booth, on both sides, she then sat us in a booth but I wasn’t too happy about sitting right next to the restrooms I voiced this but the hostess didn’t acknowledge it- but it all worked out. Our server was decent. The food presentation (main entree) was kind of a mess as you can see the Brussels sprout out of the dish, the steak hanging off the plate. Our steak wasn’t nearly as seasoned as I am used to it being here. It was still delicious and so very tender (fillet). The salmon was great but I did not care for the bed of rice it was served on. And I do love the Brussels sprouts but would get the sauce they are slathered in on the side. Their side salad was great and they have an in-house made ranch that pairs perfectly. The fillet and salmon meal was plenty to share with another, so great (sharing) portion size. I have had better dining experiences here in the past and hope the minor things from this visit were a fluke. Would return, do recommend. (My apologies on the pictures after some of the food was eaten)

Food was good, price is good. Service was ok. Was not asked about dessert , forgot salad to go. If service was on point would have rated higher

We called ahead and still waited 50 mins for table. Party of 2. Expect to wait and go early enough so person that has to work can have plenty of time. Food was worth the wait.
Social distancing, very clean, masks required.
Bj Bell why do I need to call the local restaurant?
No, but u can download the app and put ur name on the waitlist.
They don't really take reservations but if you call thirty minutes before you go they'll set up a table for you.
It's been open a couple of month's and so far the only one in Colorado Springs.
