Stayed here for another baseball tournament (Diamond Nation) in July and it AGAIN was a great stay. These days I feel like customer service is "blah" at best. Nobody seems to really want to help or do more than necessary. NOT THE CASE HERE! I have stayed in dozens of hotels, with higher "ratings" than this one and most fail in comparison. The staff here are friendly, helpful, courteous, and PATIENT. There are a ton of baseball families with kids of all ages who stay here - run through the halls, jump in the pool, and use the BBQ area. Same kids and families hang out in the seating area in the lobby until late at night with snacks and watch tv. The staff accommodate and the next day things are once again SPOTLESS. No garbage waiting to be cleaned up, no sticky tables, no wet towels. The rooms are also very clean and in working order. Now, to be fair - it's not perfect or whatever definition someone may think perfection is. But this is a hotel you feel safe, it's clean, there is plenty of room to relax - there is a small kitchen area in each room, great location - with friendly helpful staff. While traveling, this is pretty close to a perfect hotel stay in my book.

I highly recommend this hotel, very clean, great atmosphere, the outdoor pool was great & their breakfast was amazing. I was greeted by Jilly at the front desk & she is just the best. I already made reservations to stay again. Thank you guys so much!

On Sunday June 26, 2022 , my family and I decided to stay at The Hyatt House in Branchburg so we could cook out and the kids could swim to celebrate my grandchildren getting baptized that morning. Once we arrived we were informed that the grill area is a first come first service, which was fine. We were able start grilling on one side and the other side was being occupied by another family. At some point the other family which were very rude and disrespectful decided to put up a charcoal grill under the tight, small wooden pavilion. The smoke got very heavy and they started fanning the smoke in our direction. Mind you we have 3 babies under this pavilion all under the age of 7 months. I asked them to stop fanning the smoke and they didn't. So I went to the front desk to ask for assistance in the matter. The clerk had no control even with her saying the charcoal grill was prohibited they proceeded and told her when they get done they would cut it off but for right now they are going to continue to cook. With that being said my father call 911 for help. It took Branchburg Police 30mins to arrive to the hotel which allowed them to continue to cook unsafely around my family. The officer was no help because they told him what they were going to do and he allowed it. It took an addition 10 mins for them to finally do what was needed to stop the grill. After that since the other party was mad that we/hotel worker called the police they wanted us to verify who had a room there. The clerk from the hotel had the nerve to come ask us to prove to them that we had a room when she was the one to check us in. This whole situation was handled incorrectly and racist on both parties- Branchburg Police Department and Hyatt House Branchburg. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place EVERRRRRR.

Positive: We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady at the front desk. She upgraded our room to a suite and it was amazing! If we are ever in the area again we will certainly make a reservation! Negative: If we are ever in the area again we will certainly make a reservation! The breakfast could have used a little help but it was OK.
