Most of the food was fine, But I had the sunburst melon Lemonade and it was one of the worst things I ever tasted. Even made a few people in my office try it. Tasted like someone poured hot sauce in it, had more burn than my spicy chicken sandwich. I hope this was a mistake that somehow the store made and that Wendy's hasn't released such a horrible tasting drink.

We asked for fresh lemonade and got something really nasty and frys were cold . I ordered 3 meals and asked for ketchup and mayo and only got one mayo. What a joke

Terrible service. When we ordered the food was cold and almost like rubber. We’ve been going there for more than 3 months after school and when we got an order it was received cold. The next day we come up to the Wendy’s for hopefully an exchange. When we arrived however we were greeted with a fry cook who couldn’t care less about the food. “I don’t care that’s how it came out”. We were shocked by this behavior and asked him what was his deal. IN SHORT, we got into a aggressive argument about the food served to us and treated like nothing. In detail, the man told us to pull up to the window to talk to him ourselves. We did and we were greeted with an extremely passive aggressive man. We confronted him about his behavior and he went on a rant on how we don’t know what we’re talking about. We told him that we just wanted hot food but that didn’t go through with him. He acted arrogant, sly, and sarcastic to everything we said. Afterwards he told us to call corporate and told us his name. We left the Wendy’s and ate the nuggets that were now cooked crispy and hot like originally. This was unreasonable argument, could’ve definitely be handled better like any other fast food place around. orders are between 3:00-3:30

This morning got 2 breakfast sandwiches an 2 small orders of potato wedges all was cold man said he was alone. ok no problem explains why it’s taken so long but why is everything so cold? I mean if I’m waiting 20 mins to half n hour for a small order than it should be fresh right?
