As a long time Khols customer my visits are usually very good. yesterday I visited the Zephora And experienced below average customer service. The cashier skipped me 3 times in line to help others and her attitude was poor. After that I went to shoe department. Was browsing around when a khols employee passed by and I asked her to check stock on a shoe for me.I felt like she was following me around thinking i was stealing. When i walked towards cashier to pay my 2 pairs of shoes i noticed she was behind me.she asked over the radio where are the other pair of shoe's like if I was thief. Totally disappointed. I think i was Racially profiled.

Clean and mutual choices but only 2 register open the line is ridiculous 15 people waiting. Better shop online. Adriana the manager should come and help.

This Kohls is usually a smooth experience for us. Friendly service and always helpful. We came for Amazon drop-off. So much to choose from otherwise inside the store! Stays relatively clean and organized.

Nice selection on men's shorts. Nice variety of designers. Nice to have fitting rooms available. The clerk was friendly.
