The place was super clean. The view was wonderful. The owners Tim and Terri went out of their way to make us feel like it was our home away from home. We loved it so much and look forward to our next visit.

AWFUL. I do not recommend booking this place for multiple reasons. First, the hosts didn’t give any instructions to get into the unit and would not answer the phone until 3am. Finally when we got in, we went straight to bed and found suspicious stains on the sheets and the host refused to change them out because it was “just coffee.” They didn’t supply enough toilet paper, dish soap, etc. When it came the day to check out, which checkout was at 11am, the hosts came at 9:30am harassing us to get out and making a lot of accusations. We will never be booking here again and I suggest no one else will either.

Biking from DC to Pitt. After three days of camping in 90 degrees weather, needed a shower and bed. Was going to stay at Rivers Edge, but no AC! It was late and we called owner (Terri), and she bent over backwards to assist us. Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower, and AC! Would stay here again!

Owners are awesome. VERY KIND and accommodating. We have stayed here many times. Normally we book the Home Sweet Home suite and its perfect for us. We bike the GAP and cook our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Very clean. This year we booked the upper Sweet Suite and will write another review after our stay.
