Absolutely love the automated system & how easy it is to navigate. I usually mute it on my end to avoid it hearing something in the back ground & misunderstanding what I need so I just use the key pads for my options. This is so helpful with making payments & even VERY helpful with payment arrangments! I have never had an issue with my bill or making payments! I appreciate SDGE making it simplified for me as I live upstairs & we all know heat rises. I've currently got 3 amazing fans running instead of the air conditioning in hopes to keep my bill lower during the Ramona heat! Thanks again!!
