No, all of Colorado springs is medical. Manitou springs has rec shops.
No, Medical only in Colorado springs. You have to go to Manitou springs or Pueblo to get recreational.
First you enjoy your 21st birthday. Then you go to a medical marijuana doctor and I recommend relax clarity. Bring whatever medical information you can as to why you need marijuana to live comfortably. Then you pay them the 45 to 90 bucks and then the card will show up on your computer in your email.
