I bought a fridge from the guys years ago and it was a nightmare. They scraped up my walls when installing it, the fridge broke a few weeks after installation, and then they scraped up my walls again removing it. When I asked for their insurance information to fix the damages, they told me to take them to small claims court. Again, nightmare.

So I bought a fridge from here… the way the lady is in the front is very rude … so you either have to pay $100 to get it delivered or you can pick it up yourself. If you decide to take it yourself they won’t even help you load it. I was by myself and she was just standing there watching me struggle and saying oh no your going to break it ! On the other note it comes with a 90 day warranty and if you don’t pay the 100 to get it delivered if it breaks or needs a service within the warranty period .. you have to bring it back to them. They won’t come to you. The fridge works good I have to give them that but the customer service is horrible.

I tried to buy a small chest freezer on Ebay from 2 different sellers, but they both wound up flaking out on me and so I requested refunds from both of them. All of the above took about a month and I was tired of waiting as I really needed a freezer, so I decided to search for used appliance dealers near me on Google Maps. Kimo's Appliances popped up and I so I decided to pay them a visit. They had just the freezer I wanted so I bought it, loaded in my van and had it within an hour of finding Kimo's on Google. I wound up filling up the freezer very fast and realized I'd misestimated the size freezer I actually needed, so I went back to Kimo's and bought a large, standup freezer. Fortunately, they gave me a full refund on the small chest freezer I'd bought from them the week before and they were able to deliver the larger freezer the very next day. They seem to have a good selection of appliances and the owner was a joy to do business with. I highly recommend Kimo's Appliances.

The owner came and installed my new dryer. Pay no attention to those fake reviews m I'm guessing used appliances is a pretty cut throat business. Great service and fair price
