They charged me $25 to reschedule my appointment and did not give me notice of the fee until after I tried to reschedule. When I asked them to reverse the charge, they told me that their systems do not have the ability to wave the fee. I understand the business principal behind the fee but would have preferred a notice of it as well as flexibility during these strange times. This is probably the first negative review I’ve ever left on Google and $25 is not a huge deal; however, I feel this business should treat their customers better. I’ve got 6 kids and would have brought them here too. Sadly for them, they’ll no longer get my business or the money they would have made from my large family, all because they thought a $25 fee was their best option. To me, it’s simple: Option A: charge fee and lose customer. Money made = $25 Option B: Wave the fee. Treat the customer with respect and honesty. Customer continues to do business with you and brings large family here. Money made = $1,000+. Sadly, they chose Option A.

I've been going to this office for years as well as my family. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait long to get my glasses and contacts. I won't go anywhere else.

Hi, The glasses suck. The lens feel out while I was driving my bike. I did my best to look for the lens but I could not find it. My wife took in the frame and the other lens and she told by your business that we would have to pay in order to it placed into the frame. It was not my fault that the lens feel out. The lens should have stayed in. So now you know how the glasses are working for me.

I have been getting eye exams from this office since I was 14 years old and they were in the building down the street. The staff is amazing, kind, and listens to your concerns. The staff that helps you find glasses is very patient and will work with you to find the glasses that will fit your style and personality. I don’t think I could ever find another ophthalmologist that could come close to the care I have received with Dr. Bullock and his amazing staff. The new building is also great. The only thing that I find myself becoming inpatient for is the time for glasses/contacts to come in, or waiting for an appointment, but it is always worth it.
