Beautiful sunrise view at top of trail. Have to start around 45 minutes before sunrise to get full effect. Trail is almost straight up so equivalent to walking up 15 flights of stairs

Great trail for beginners the views are beautiful

The trail winds you up quickly as it positions you in a space, at some points completely, surrounded by the untouched desert mountain scape. It offers great views of the valley below but also an escape from the noise of the city. The trail was well maintained. If you have hiking poles you may be glad you brought them on the return trek back down. Parking was not an issue for us. It seemed like there could be ample street parking, not very far from the start, if the small designated street parking was full.

Amazing views of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. Trail is steep and challenging in places, but you may always hike as much or little of it as you wish.
