Disappointed. I called I Do Bridal two weeks prior to my appointment. I am the maid of honor helping plan the weddinso I made a day to take her and her mother shopping for her wedding dress. I scheduled to arrive at 10:00 on 11/2/19. The mother of the bride took a day off work for this special day. We arrive at 10:00 sharp to the shop still closed. Waited 30 minutes and still no one there to open and greet us for our appointment. A day that should be filled with excitement for a bride now ruined. I advise others thinking of visiting to try a shop that has better time management. If they can't even arrive to work on time how are you supposed to trust to get the dress of your dreams on time for your wedding day...

Beautiful dresses great customer service. Love that the cost of dress includes alterations. My daughter loved the personal experience she recieved.
