Ricky Valenzuela was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain what our options were and what was our best value. He was prompt and responsive to questions and easy to work with. The team that came out to do the work, Mike, Rico, and Daniel, also did a great job. They had to drill for subterranean termites in our porcelain tile floor and they did not mark up or damage them in any way. They got the job done quick and also very professional. Lastly, there was an urgent big job that came in at the same time as mine, but even still, when they saw that a reschedule would throw off my restoration project, they shifted their work crew around and even some of their local management team came out to do my job. Wonderful customer service from the entire team! So pleased I chose Orkin for this job.
