We have lived on this property since June 2019. The initial property management company was helpful and responsive to all questions and requests. The property was sold in November 2019 and has been in steady decline ever since. There have been multiple superintendents who have quit after very brief employment due to exceptionally poor management and requests to complete tasks that are beyond the scope of one person and/or illegitimate based on their certifications. The owner discontinued landscaping immediately after taking over the property and the “luxury” apartment buildings have been overgrown with weeds and tall grass ever since. Furthermore, there is garbage and clutter scattered everywhere throughout the parking lot, sidewalks, and “mulch” beds. The dryer vents have not been cleaned since April 2019, causing an obvious FIRE HAZARD with visible birds nests and compacted lint in the vents both on the inside and outside of the building. Appliance such as washing machines in the apartments are also continually breaking and not fixed properly. It is more than evident that the owner has no interest in the upkeep of this property as he cuts corners or blatantly disregards regular necessary maintenance procedures. There are MANY vacant apartments since the new owner took over and it is clearly for a reason. These apartments should not be rented by any additional tenants as it has become an absolutely atrocious and unsafe place to live.
