It's on point if the chicken tenders are fresh. Not as great when you can tell the tenders have been sitting. After last visit....this is why 3 stars. If everything fresh 4-4.5 rating.

Yesterday 6/14/22 I ordered through the drive through a spicy chicken sandwich and a small fry, once I got home and bit into the sandwich I noticed the chicken wasn’t even close to being done and my damn french fries had a small pebble in it, definitely not wasting my money at this place again.

Parking lot is small, really small. Customer service is ok nothing to write home about. Maybe they have an app to order from since usually I have to wait for simple things. My bf loves this place, hate going and having to wait which is majority of the time. Guess I should start cooking lol

Our first time ever there, and drive thru was a bit backed up, and they were out of a few menu items, but whatever we did get (shrimp and chicken), was very good and not too expensive. Will definitely be back again. Thank you.

I know what it's like to be refused service because of my race. The police are asking not to be judged because of their occupation or beliefs they may hold. I believe the commerce clause of the us Constitution Grants everyone the right to be served in public places of business as long as they are not breaking the law. I'm new to this area, I'm not going to stop doing business at this Popeye location I've received very good service as well as good product. It would be great if mediation could take place, Hagerstown could benefit as a whole to heal whatever wounds are open.
