As soon as a I walked in, I was greeted with a hot donut to eat while I waited. I got 12, warm donuts for $5.

The donuts are not what people pump them up to be..just another big chain store pushing there idea of a donuts and making big money off of a so so product. I was never a follower so i never fell in-line for this place. I guess doing my own thinking allowed to open my eyes to another hyped up place..and see it just another donut shop..nothing amazing there at all..the taste people are bragging about is just different flavors sugar..like a soft drink..and none of its good for you..But if i want a good donut...i will get a box of entmans..knowing they are full of preservatives..but also knowing they are better then any thing this place can offer

Waited 30 minutes past the time the red light came on, after already leaving and coming back once. Even when the donuts were done and they knew I was waiting everyone was clueless. I then stood at the register for another 5 minutes while they all looked around at eachother. Then I asked for milk and without even looking they said they were out. The girl at the register used her shirt to wipe thing off and as the male rubbed his hands together to get the glaze off. Crazy experience. Horrible. Edit. Went back a few days later to see if they could redeem. When I got in donuts were falling in the trash can. With one person ahead of him. With me staring at it someone finally noticed and two of them started packing everything in boxes. The person in front of me got a dozen. Then another employee scooped an online pickup, taking the rest of the donuts. They said more would be coming soon. That online order arrived, and another taking all the rest of those donuts. I waited another half an hour today to get the donuts when half were wasted and the other half were delegated to people who would have ordered after me. This place is never getting my business again. No milk again today either btw. They were also beyond full staffed both times
