Ordered a dumpster on 5/19/2021, said it will be at my door on the next day 5/20/2021 between 6am and 6pm was my day off so I waited and waited then 6pm rolled around no dumpster CR&R customer service closes at 5pm (was dropped today 5/21/2021 a day late). Not a single phone call nothing I am thinking did it get dropped off at the wrong house my credit card was charged. Then I called this morning asking what happen they said it was a "routing" issues. Asked why I did not get a phone call said "usually customers call before the driver tells them or have to contact a different building" Asked for discount or composition for the Day late on my dumper, get THIS they said they "WAVED THE SET UP FEE" was never told about a set up fee at all over the phone just the cost of the dumpster. After this would love to use another service but cant.

Always punctual. Always polite and professional. My only disappointment is I requested a green recycle bin and a new regular black bin (a bear sat on ours) and to date have not received either! Any ideas on how to acquire these would be much appreciated.

I use this facility about a week ago and the lady that sits in that little room as you drive into the establishment was so sweet and so helpful. Thats the reason I gave a 5 star review. But when I got to the actual dump site there was a young Caucasian boy who said for us to dump our own bags out of the bed of the truck while he stood there and watched, so what are they doing how do they make their money just standing around I thought that was crazy he had gloves and everything but wasn't doing any work.

Today their automated machine called me. When I picked up the call, it was automatic and instructed me to IMMEDIATELY contact them at a specific number and specific extension but didn't reference what it was in regards to. I called the number and every time I entered the extension, the system would hang up on me. I did this four times before giving up. I then had to look up the main number and call it. I was transferred 3 times and then left on hold forever. A man did finally pick up and I explained what happened. He then informed me that the auto dialer called me by accident and it was an auto dialer for non payment but he could see that my account was up to date. I then asked him how his company was going to compensate me for the 37 minutes that I had wasted due to their error. His comment was "really" and I replied yes. He then proceeded to make gasping noises and then said he would see if a supervisor was available. I was placed on hold yet again. Finally a supervisor answered and verified my account again. I asked her how I was going to be compensated for my time. She said that I wasn't and there was nothing that she could do about it. I think services like this suck because they don't have to do anything to earn your business because they are the only one to service you. You are stuck with them no matter what they do or you don't have garbage service because every area only has one company.
