I just placed my order at Moores. I was satisfied until the salesperson Nathan said ok let’s go upstairs and get everything done so we can get out of here. He was rushing me cause he wanted to make sure he was out of there by 6:00 o’clock. Than after he said he would take care of my order until I was ready for it I got a call the next day asking me to set up my delivery date. I wanted to add to my review to let anyone out there know that if they plan on purchasing furniture from Moores to make sure you ask if you will be receiving the floor model or brand new. I happen to go back to Moores the next day looking for another piece and as I was looking around I saw that on two of my pieces said sold on them. I let Nathan know that I wanted brand new pieces for my new home. He looked shocked and annoyed and and said oh I didn’t know that. I knew that the couch and chair that I purchased was in stock cause I was told this on a previous visit. Now for the table and chairs I bought I was than told that was the last set. I asked why I was not told this information and he had no answer. I asked for a discount since I would be getting the floor model and he said they don’t do that. I have never encountered this before as everywhere else I have made purchases they have disclosed this information to me and since it was the floor model I was given a discount.

I had a great experience at Moore’s Furniture in Chester Springs. This was my first visit to Moore’s. I went with the intention of scoping it out and moving on to other stores to do some comparison shopping. I was introduced to my sales consultant, Bob Roberts. Bob and I discussed my needs, and I went exploring. Bob was the best type of sales consultant. He was usually in the vicinity when I needed him, but he never hovered. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain differences between prices of different pieces. In a very short time I determined I could end my shopping trip. I found exactly what I was looking for at Moore’s and had no need to continue my comparison shopping! All items I ordered were in stock and were delivered within a week of my purchasing them. A great experience at Moore’s Furniture with Bob Roberts!

Huge selection of quality products. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about both their products and interior design. They give you all the time you need to make a major purchase. Buying furniture is as painful as buying a car. The people at Moore's eases some of that.

The customer service with the Moore's team is excellent. So happy i chose to buy from a local business. Highly recommend this furniture store. Sales team is very good too. Helpful, patient and not pushy. The delivery men including Darrell were very professional and helpful. Darrell had to come back for a need to tweak some hardware. He is very capable, friendly and experienced. I will buy from Moore's again!
