Unfortunately i had to put my cat of 14 yrs to sleep, i was amazed n thankful how caring n considerate the staff was towards me n my pet every step was done when I was ready, my cat went peacefully n i was able to be with her as she took her last breathe i was able to take as much time as I needed i am so glad i brought my kitty her to send her off into her next adventure it made a bad situation as comforting as possible

DONT GO THERE! Extremely over priced and honestly, they’re not worth it. Brought my cat for 2 vaccines, they called me at home hours after dropping him off that he needs to be sedated after I told them at check in that’s he’s going to give them a hard time. Why didn’t they just offer to give him medicine to relax him while I was there? They waited for 2 hours after I dropped him off to tell me that? Then charged $342 for 2 vaccines, a wellness exam and sedation. What a scam. My cat was spooked, acting traumatized and limping from his hind leg when I brought him home. I’ll never return. No wonder your ratings are low. Hire people that know what they’re doing.

My husband and I were first time dog parents and we had adopted a puppy from a shelter with kennel cough (as reported by the shelter). We brought her here because her symptoms were getting worse even with antibiotics prescribed by the shelter. Dr. Rivera got to the bottom of her symptoms and discovered that she actually had a serious and rare (but treatable) bacteria. They took all the steps necessary to cure her and I always felt like everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they explained things to us clearly before doing anything. This Banfield saved our little pup's life!!

I took my kitten in for a problem in his eyes. He had constant mucous forming in them. They very briefly looked at his eyes, asked if he had vaccines and other cats and then just told me that it is just stress. That he'll always be like that. I took him to another vet for his neuter and they told me the way his fur grows gets into his eyes every time he blinks. My kitten needlessly suffered that until I went to another vet because the vets here didn't give him a proper exam.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 3, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
