Service is always great and the service is terrific. We have all our pets on wellness plans and know they will be properly cared for. Hats off to the caring staff.

All they want is to get you to spend the most money they can get out of you. I took my cat in for deworming and they “couldn’t do it in a 7 week old kitten” till next week. Instead they did “flea oil” and a physical exam adding up to a total of $120 for nothing. I told them I only needed what was necessary because during COVID I had lost my job and couldn’t afford for any unnecessary treatment. They wanted me to get the “wellness plan” by force and I kept saying no, her attitude completely changed after I kept saying no multiple times. After paying them she said she couldn’t give me my pet without a cage even though I did bring my kitten in a cat box made for cats. She said because he “couldn’t breathe” so they made me go buy a disposable adoption cardboard box for $20 because my box wasn’t good enough. My box is made specifically for cats while theirs is made out of cardboard, it made no sense but I had to buy it or they wouldn’t give me my kitten. I felt so ripped off, they’re only nice to you when they’re getting money out of you.

Been coming here since my puppy joined my family 1 year ago. As a new pet owner, this place has been extremely helpful with keeping my pup healthy, and keeping me informed. The staff and doctors here have been more than friendly and informative. Not only taking care of my pup, but also educating me and dealing with our flurry if questions and visits. I really can't thank everyone here enough!

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 3, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 3, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 3, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
