I bought a jacuzzi Hot Tube. In March it arrived this week I paid to have an upgraded motor which needed a 220 volt electrical outlet.They had me send in pictures of the stairs and area it was to be installed. I followed their instructions and hired an electrician to put in a 220 line. My electrician looked up the model number. I called the store to make sure I had done everything. They said their electrician would install. Today Aqua World's installation team said they can't touch the power box because they are not electricians. They put the jacuzzi cover on and unboxed the stairs. Then showed me the panel where the electric should connect. So for the second time I have to hire for an electrician to come out and hook it up. -- I don't know why they were sent as a second team. They did nothing. ---- And I waited two months for the appointment. Guy told me I would have to wait another month to have them come back out. For what -- they just told me they have no skills. And the sales girl Mkala assured me everything would be taken care of. It would have been cheaper to have had the electrician come after delivery since they DO NOT HOOK UP 220 volt lines.

Great shop to buy the best brand in the hot tub world. We love Jacuzzi brand and Brent at this store was helpful and answered all our questions. Even when I went home and had more questions in an email. If you are looking for a spa the wait is a lot shorter than 6 months ago.

Be patient or buy a jacuzzi until the covid pandemic is completely over. I myself was also out of patience... But they did delivered and made it all goid. It took almost 1 year to get mine. At first, Andy provided excellent customer service. I ordered my spa on October 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. I was assured by Andy that my spa would arrive in early March. The date kept getting later and later for estimated arrival, it got delivered October 23rd. A few days short of a year. That said, I love my jacuzzi and the delivery service along with the the 2 techs they sent out yo teach me how to properly use my hot tub. Patience is a virtue!

Hi there Doug! Happy to help. In some instances there is a part number stamped on top of the top of the filter. If thats not the case, then we can locate the correct filter by the year, make, and model of your hot tub. If you dont have any of those pieces of info, bring your filter into one of our showrooms and we can find a match according to dimensions, how it attaches to the spa, etc.

Hi there Maya! If you are referring to a barbed connection, and not threaded, you can absolutely use stainless steel but brass would not be recommended.
