I ended up getting nothing! For the simple fact that there was no acknowledgement as I approached the speaker to take my order through the drive thru. After a couple of "Hello's", lady finally said "It's a 15 minute wait." I was in line for 20 then without any customer service etiquette says to me in my 30 minute lunch break there was a 15 minute. I am never going back to that Church's Chicken spot! Sorry but not sorry.

Worst church's chicken, every time i go they never have spicy chicken made. The ladies are rude when you asked how long it will take to cook spicy chicken. If they asked you to park to the side they forget your wait...

I did my online pick up ordering. Whenen I was notified to come, my wife went, mind youe she didn't want to but upon her arrival and following the instructions given she was told that the store did not handle online orders. So she went to the competition. So I contact corp? to file complaint and to them know what had taken place as well informing that my debit card was used to pay. I havnt been reimbursed YET! Went through the drive through today and got home with our food. The drinks were not even three quarters full this is unacceptable!! How hard is it to fill a drink cup!! For the prices they charge the chicken is very good but it’s kinda expensive.
