This Home Depot in Tri-City center is my favorite in this area. I can get help from associates and not have to look all over the store for one. I've always been helped when needed and by courteous and respectful associates. The parking area is also clean as is the store. I recommend this Home Depot to all my friends and family!

I came here 2 weeks ago to buy outdoor supplies to start my garden and I had to do a return with one of the girls. The manager was helping one of them with my return and she was very nice and helped me a lot. I had a 10% discount card that I have brought in with me that I forgot on my first visit and she allowed me to purchase another high amount using the 10% off again which made me very grateful. We need more people like her to make somebody's day.

Service rep threatened me at 5 in the am about using bathroom. Was discriminated towards humiliated. Items obtained were difficult to receive. Walked all the ways to front and was looking around and associate tried to take my cart away. and followed even to restroom. I come out restroom and 2nd time cart is gone with items. Asked to escalate to he, wrote letter and everything

Everytime i am in home depot i am lost lol, can't seem to find what I need, but the staff there are very kind and willing to assist. I have been here a few times and have left satisfied with their service always.
