Fast service, and the food is so hot and fresh from the drive through. By the time I got home, the skin was still crispy and the meat was hot and juicy.

This is the local el pollo loco in my area. The food is usually good but the staff always leaves something out of my order. I usually try to check my food before I leave or I pull over in the parking lot to check my food because 9 times out of 10 there's always something missing..

Ordered a Chipotle Chicken Burrito and was stabbed in the gums with a very sizable sharp bone. I do not recommend this restaurant. I've worked in the food industry, and in the food handlers courses (which is law to have to work with food) teaches about physical hazards such as this. I recently had dental work done and to be greeted with my gums being stabbed by this was not pleasant at all. I bled badly and now am sensitive to the touch on my lower bottom front teeth. This needs to be dealt with promptly. They are lucky I didnt choke.
