It use to be a better place to hang out. Especially after it was remodel. The truth is that there's too many gangs and tweekers . And all of them constantly asking for money or cigarettes.there has been a couple of shootings there also. Best time too go there is probably early morning to about 1/2 pm..

The park looks beautiful and will taken care of, we had a neighborhood meeting there with the number of community and business partners took a walk through the neighborhood and the whole park. Saw improvements that were made and discussed plans for community projects for the park for this spring and summer. Took a tour through the community garden that is connected with the park. When you visit please be kind and take care of the park it's been through a lot lately and deserves your courtesy and care. The kids and the families appreciate your kindness to the area and it deserves it.

I love to take my kids here but it's just so hard with the shooting that just happened. I still take my kids there though they love it and if they love it I love it

The park size and overall layout is nice. However, visitors should do a better job of cleaning up after themselves and their animals. I was here to do a college class project on litter/pollution and there was a lot. My family and I picked up a fair amount of garbage, litter, and debris from the ground.
