I didn't get any service from them but if you are calling for cat grooming the lady said they don't do cats. Normally places are cats and dogs but not this one.

I have always came here until I was turned away because my dog had knotted fur. I took to vet..and they said they should of done it and taken them out. Then they raised there prices high. I'm disappointed and they won't take my senior dog. I took my dog somewhere else. They always did great job...nut now refuses to do my old dog.

It was my first time taking my dog there. They answered all my questions and were very patient, didn't rush the process. He is a cocker spaniel mixed with springer spaniel and they did an amazing job. They had lots of knowledge in the type of coat he had and treated him well for his first groom. When I picked him up he was not skiddish or scared but he was ready to go home. His coat felt smooth and he smelled good. Loved that they left his ears fluffy. The cut did not look choppy even for a puppy cut. Will continue to take my dogs there for future cuts and washes!
