I can completely understand being under staffed and behind on orders for a pizza joint...however, when I place an order and call 30 minutes later to check why my oder has not been processed on Monday night at 1030pm and wait on hold for ten minutes...call a different location for them to tell me they get calls all the time complaining about the location I ordered from....THERE IS A PROBLEM! I called the location I ordered from three more times to have the phone answered and then hung up on. By the time the person answered (that was listed on their website as the one preparing my order...whose name is Taylor) he denied even hearing the phone ring. Good luck trying to contact corporate or getting your money back for an ordered where employees clearly cannot be trusted with preparing food responsibly if they can't even answer the phone for someone who just wanted to confirm the order went through correctly online. An absolute disgrace for the domino chain!

Called the store to place an order for 14 pizzas for my son's birthday party the next day. I was up front about it being a large order and what time I'd need it ready. It took 15 painstaking minutes for the employee to take my order and it was pretty straightforward stuff. I tried to stay calm but had to repeat everything multiple times. After 15 min, he places me on hold for a few minutes, comes back and tells me they can't process my order because it's too big. I know good help is hard to find but Dominos has to be better than this. Overall, just a really frustrating experience.

I thought the store of Commercial was bad. At least they don't hang up on you after refusing to refund your order. I wait 2 hours for my order, then its not even the right order, its cold, its crammed into the box and spilled everywhere, then they tell me they won't fix my order, or even refund it. They tell me they wont even give me full credit, and act like I'm unreasonable because they're understaffed. If you can't deliver the goods and services, you give the money back. Period. What an absolute scam of a store. I'm getting my refund, even if it means a backcharge. 0/10. Edit: I have received my refund from the store manager. However, everything else bad about the order still happened. Not ordering from here again.

the food is always the best out of the dominos in town, but it seems like their timing is off. the app will say 10-20 minutes, but they'll have 6 orders ahead of yours. Not the fault of anyone working there, I just recommend calling ahead to see how long your food will really take

Why would a person leaving a review of their experiance know the answer to this? I'd say call your local Domino's for specific coupon information or check out the website.
Front porch contactless delivery. Basically set your food and what not on a box at your door, knock and ditch. Carry out all inside employees seem to be wearing masks and gloves. Pretty much par for the course of the last year or so.
