Second time my order was not even delivered. I ordered 75 dollars worth of pizza and the driver delivered it to the wrong person. The manager Brandon seemed frustrated that he had to remake my order and did not offer me any sort of credit. Don’t get delivery from here!!

I normally have no problems with Domino’s. But when I called yesterday about my order that was ordered earlier in the day for delivery at 5 pm, they not only sent my pizza to the wrong place but told me to pick it up that it’s my fault that they didn’t deliver it??? When I went to pick it up, IT WASN’T EVEN MY ORDER, also the female I spoke to at 7:30 pm, was rude and disrespectful. She should be fired for the way she speaks to people. Also they put my meat under the cheese?! WHAT PSYCHOS DO THAT??

After working for a Dominos after being a long time customer. I will Never be a customer again. If the Public saw what I saw, No Contact would be the least of your concerns. Out of date food being sold. Filthy work place. Staff Do Not was hands after touching dirty things, straight to the food. The owner is all about milking the kids working for him, sweatshop style. Rapid collapse of quality. Every month for the past few months, I order from here, and something goes wrong. The app consistently does not let you edit your order. If you want extra or light sauce, too bad. You have what they put on there. And they are very stingy at this store. So I call in the store to have them edit the order and they tell me it’s already cooking. I ask if I’m going to get a dry bowl of rock hard pasta and they say no you have our guarantee. I receive a dry bowl of rock hard pasta. They won’t even give you napkins, meanwhile the Lancaster store will stock you up with napkins. I don’t know if there’s been a change of management but whoever is in charge is running a terrible operation, and I can only feel bad for the employees who have to work for them. The picture of of the pasta in its rubbery/rock like state. It tastes bad and is hard to chew. This is consistent with every single order because they’re very stingy with the sauce and it makes the pasta cook very wrong.

They prefer you order online, pay online, and pickup through the drive thru window. All employees wear masks and wash hands regardless of where you order though.
I've never had that problem. Go in and show them.

Not sure what your question is, however my husband and I usually pick up our food. And they are all working fast and are great. Once in great while a mistake happens. But they are quick and happy to fix it. Yummy :) delivery driver's are great too.
