We just picked up our food. We ordered a burrito, taco and two orders of nachos. We waited 40 minutes for our order, and they weren’t busy. The food is amazing, and the customer service is usually okay….after experiencing our visit today we probably will not be back for awhile. We don’t need to spend the money on gas to travel out there and wait nearly an hour for our food. It was hard to see one of our favorite restaurants let us down

Well this place has been open forever. I hadn't been there in probably an easy 20 some odd years plus. The place had an awesome team of young people just working together and their energy was all in tune. I was amazed. All employees just worked in harmony and got the orders out, in a timely manner. The best part was the prices weren't ridiculously high. Normally anywhere else a burrito would cost twice the price. I was impressed. I paid only $3.79 for a bean and cheese burrito. Salsa was excellent. Now the only downfall was the cleanliness of the dining area. Seemed to be a little bit dirtier than I expected. That didn't stop customers one bit. The dining area had plenty of customers. So overall no complaints. I would refer anyone there. Food was 👍😃 Great!

Horrible service! Unorganized they actually worked backwards on their tickets, saw everyone that got there after me like 5 people leave before, one customer commented "guess they're working backwards". Bunch of workers lotta chatting, majority not wearing masks. Saw someone wipe there nose then grab the cheese, noope!!! I've been coming here since I was a kid over 20 years, always been my nacho spot, tossed my food out. Not going back anytime soon. They need some better management

I should have called and ordered beforehand but since it was my first time, I didn't. I went in and ordered my food. They were busy I noticed. But I never expected to wait 30minutes for my food. Everyone behind me that waited for their order had already been gone!! I was the last customer who waited for my food. They prioritized the dining in customers FIRST. THAT WAS LOUSY customer service
