I have been going to Shear Reflections for years with many different stylists. Due to an unforeseen issue, I was changed to Francesca (new to the shop). AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! She is amazing. So sweet and kind with a supportive and gentle personality. Her attention to detail when doing my highlights, lowlights and cut is the best I have ever had (and I am 52 so been through a lot of good and bad hair times). And her blowouts are incredible. This is my second appointment with her and I never want to go back to anyone else. I have received so many compliments on my style and color. Also, the atmosphere of the salon is warm and friendly. Not just a haircut but a wonderful experience.
