We had some documents that needed to be sent to Progressive Insurance. My wife and I, are not super savvy when it comes to tech. We were helped by the nicest young lady, by the name of Harley. She literally came out from behind the counter, to show us the ropes on how to use the copy machines and fax. She is a fantastic employee that will succeed in whatever she chooses to do.

I hate to not be able to share the young ladies name that helped me last night. She was definitely there to help her customers. My Fax was pending a confirmation number passed the closing time and she was very reassuring that she will contact me if it did not go through or be charged the amount that displayed. She took down my name and number, left a note for the next day opener to call me as soon as they opened to confirm If my FAX was sent or denied. As of 8:45am the next morning,today ! Andrew calls me and informs me my fax was successful!! What a great team effort and customer service. Thank you

Matthew at the Staples Printing Services Dept. is AMAZING!! He was able to get a large important project printed for my company last minute (the day of) and didn’t even charge me for the rush order because of my circumstance. He worked with me over the phone for awhile to try to find the best solution and I could tell he truly cared about my situation. Thank you! You were a huge help.

I tried to find the site so I could complete your customer survey but was not able to locate it from the info on my receipt however, i wish to commend Jeff the IT supervisor and Jonathan in copy and print; both are exceptional , very helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to assist me on several occasions; and I do so appreciate their professional yet cordial attitude combined with their knowledge and expertise, they are both exceptional in their personal customer service skills.
