They have a new system in place with nobody available to help people check in. Poor old people who are not tech savvy we’re just waiting that someone would come and help them check in. One old guy was waiting for 3 hours and was waiting for his turn. After asking the staff who came out to see off a patient he was told he need to check in. Horrible service quest. I love technology but everyone is not tech savvy. Please have someone available at the check in place to educate everyone how to check in.

Martha was very professional, fast and efficient. I was in and out less than 10 min. Very impressed with the blood draw I usually almost always have a hard time getting my blood drawn since my veins are so deep. Martha did it with just once shot. Thank you!

The phlebotomists were very nice, and place was clean. I went for a 3 hr glucose test. Unfortunately they did not store my test tubes properly and could not get my results. My doctor told me I had to go again to get retested. It's very upsetting because it sucks being there that long, and having to do it again it's just a pain. Going to a different location for the next test.
