The non-black chick wearing janky chunky braids needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe her hairdresser pulled her greasy stringy hair too tight into those lob-sided braids she was wearing because her energy was very off- putting. Making rude faces at customers and Aggressively/unnecessarily walking down the aisle we were in when there was PLENTY of others to pass through wasn’t cute. Such ugly energy and they weren’t even busy. She’d be better off flipping burgers in the back of a restaurant than working at a beauty store.

They were very knowledgeable about their products. I had my hair shampooed cut and treatment conditioning. I also consulted on the type of skin care product I should use and bought them in a travel pack so I can have like a sample and see if I liked them which I thought was very smart. Also showed me what type of hair brush to be using for my hair.

Yes it has to be reserved. Because of co-vid you have to buy whatever you use, i.e. makeup, brushes, etc. I believe they only do your make-up from your eyes up. Not sure of exact price. A lot of details have changed due to co-vid. If you call for details, ask for Itzy, Molinda, or Heather. They are all managers and have the most knowledge. Hope this helps!
