Just called this shop to ask for a price estimate. Whoever answered the phone had the most disgusting attitude ever. I gave them some details about the tattoo i was looking for and then he proceeded to scream over the phone that I was not being too specific and continued to scream nonsense that did not relate to the tattoo. Once i hung up, the shop TEXTED me and asked, “What’s the point of hanging up?” AVOID THIS SHOP, rude and completely unprofessional. Despicable behavior. Trust me, there are plenty of other great shops that have both great customer service and artists. Give those people business, not this place.

I would highly recommend anyone wanting a tattoo to get it here. These guys are extremely professional and were super helpful every step of the way. The owner Billy did an amazing job on getting me set up and ensuring the process went smooth. The other owner Steven, the artist, is extremely talented and created a beautiful piece of art. If you are considering getting a tattoo in Miami I would highly recommend getting it at Miami Tattoo Co.

This is an awesome shop very accommodating and amazing artists. I had Jean and he made what I wanted and needed. It is a very emotional piece for me and he nailed it. Thanks Jean and Miami tattoo co. I will definitely be back one day and recommend to anyone even close to the area.

Wonderful. It was my first tattoo. Stephanie was great at explaining the process and what to expect. She also identified Jean as being the best artist for what I wanted. Jean was fabulous - he worked with me on the design. Now honestly, I'm not the bravest person, but it really did not hurt at all - I would describe it as a pinching feeling. Anyway - it's a lovely tattoo. I'm going to go back for more.
