NO INTEGRITY. CROOKS. In Feb. 2022 I ordered something from them by mistake (model burglar bars, 2 pkgs). I returned immediately, paid postage myself since WalMart was, as usual, having website issues. I included a note as to which card to refund. I waited, no refund. I emailed them directly & via Walmart. Not one response from them , and not a refund. I still have the reciept from the post office, and plan on filing a complaint with BBB. You basically stole 30$ from me, plus another 5$ ish in shipping.

I order a train set online which they claimed package lost within 5 days of ordering after I question why tracking number not moving as it kept saying waiting to be pick up by carrier ¿? they simply refunded order rather then committing to original order price with no explanation 🤔 Not happy and never ordering from this store again

Yes the hobby shop will ship items to you. I don't know if they offer free shipping but I assume after you spend a set amount of money does the free shipping kick in.
