Very nice and extremely helpful employees. Helping me out with the many different boots I tried on before deciding on a pair of Keens. BIG MISTAKE!!! Have worn them twice and my toes feel like they are broken!! Ahhh!!! Ouch!!! I'm going to see if I can take them back today and I may change my 4 stars. (Actually would have given 5 Stars for the service from the Boot World employee who helped me.)I will update after I see what, if any help they can give me with returning, or actually exchanging them for a pair of Wolverines I should've gotten in the first place ***

Great service, from all employees, some rude customer came in and tried to ruin employees days, but thankfully that didn't stop their great attitude and positive customer service. Great place for boots and work related items, highly recommended 👌

The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Made my purchase easy and their suggestions were great. I highly recommend this location. Prices and selection is great will be returning again for future needs.
