First time visiting a Mattress Firm store. Based on the good reviews I read I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The Upland store at first glance doesn’t seem to have a big selection, however, they do have a variety of mattresses, brands & firmnesses to chose from. The customer service was outstanding! Kevin helped me, very knowledgeable about the different choices & the differences between the brands. Informed about product availability. Very patient with all my questions. Overall a very pleasant & positive experience!

We worked with Clarence today and he was an awesome associate who helped us find a great mattress! He let us stick to our budget and didn’t try to upsell us. Great experience buying our mattress through Mattress Firm, Upland. When we first went in we were just browsing. The sales person, Kristen, was very knowledgeable and helped answer all our questions. She gave us lots of great info and didn’t pressure us into making any decisions or purchases. We left and took a few days to think and then came back to make our purchase. When we made our purchase we were assisted by another great salesman and then checked out and did our financing through Sean, both great salesman with a lot of useful experience and friendly attitudes. We had a great experience buying our mattress at this branch.
