It can get a little crowded between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. and between like 3:00 and 4:30 p.m. because it's right next to a school but other than that it's central to everything else, you can jump right on the Balboa bus line right there. I mean it's clean and there's no homeless people camped out. Believe me when I say that's a big thing.

Great place to stop by there going to see the Vallarta if you go down just a little bit there's Balboa Park and there's a couple other places that are walking distance that you can go to love this Orange Line station unfortunately I'd watch out for the individuals that are trying to sell dabs to your kids if your kids are going to Balboa high school or anything like that be very weary of the meth dealers or drug dealers that are in the area that will ruin your child a children's lives in that area it's not highly recommended that I have your kids going orange line to be at that Balboa station because your kids could possibly most likely become drug addicts if they stop and they run into those individuals that are right there hanging out at in front of the high school ready to put your kids on drugs or peer pressure them into doing something that they don't want to do very wary of the area but all-in-all great experience I give it five stars for that reason I do not give it five stars for the fact that those people are very bad in the area

Taking Orange Line Bus to the end of the station - North Hollywood, where you can board a subway Red Line to many places, including Univerasal Studio Hollywood, Dolby Theatre, Fig/7th (the heart of the downtown Los Angeles, Civic Center, and the last stop at the Union station.

Very nice station. Have been here many times. It has convenient parking. Feels safe as it is next to busy streets.

Most parking spots are free. If you're referring to the orange line, it's $1.75 plus free transfer for 2 hrs, if you pay with a TAP card.
