Called for a few items. There website advertises a certain price, but the in store prices do not reflect that. The female associate i called 3 times yesterday, was told i would receive a call back today. I spoke with mike stated to him i did not want to speak with that associate, and he handed her the phone anyway she got on the phone told me she was busy with a wholesaler essentially saying she had no time for me, that she could text me pictures and prices in 40mins. I stated to her if she can have mike give me the price's, she yells at me with a smug attitude quotes me ridiculous price's no were near there online price's. I called back to speak with another associate to negotiate price's and he handed the phone to mike who was just as rude saying to come in and they can negotiate price's in store. I clicked and wished them a good day. Way to loose a valuable customer. Take your business elsewhere.

At first I thought this was going to be my new gold place but after I got cheated for my money I won’t recommend anyone to come here this place is a scam they tell u the wrong weight so though can think your getting a good price but the weight they told me my chain was false and under by 2 grams again 2 grams of 14k Gold is about $52 DONT waist ur time with this place 🤦🏽‍♀️
