THE WORST APARTMENT BUILDING EVER. They do not respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner. I have mold in my apartment and I haven’t gotten one response about it I had to send my 1 year old daughter to family’s house. And I have a doctors appointment for her cause she sick I have asthma and my illness is getting serious as well cause they never respond to my calls. Even with threatening not to pay rent they rather put you out then fix the real issue. The pool never opened up even though they sent an email for us to pick up our pool passes. It’s a terrible mice infestation in here never get a response when you ask them to come fill the holes in your apartment that they make to prevent them from coming in. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times they always say she’s not in the office and will get back to you and she never does. Looks are definitely deceiving in this building.

The apt hikes price without maintenance, tow the residents vehicle indiscriminately. ITs an ongoing scam. The apt management set up residents to be towed. Its unbelievable you have to research for yourself. They profit from towing residents care. No response to maintenance request. No stars awarded. Terrible management without consideration or relationship with there residents. Predatory and oppressive practices.

This is the worst apartment you can ever move in . They don’t pay attention to your requests. They town people cars who has parking stickers . These buildings need to be shut down due to the mice’s , roaches, and other animals that are in EVERY building. The people in the office are disrespectful and unprofessional. Please do not move in here you will regret it . Plus let’s not talk about Mice , roaches and spiders !!! DONT DO IT

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This has to be the worse apartment in Maryland,first of all u have to go thru the headache of having to go park ur car at the visitors not until 11pm and then u have to wake up to go move it before 7am,else u get towed! Never seen such insanity ever in my life! As if all that chaos isn’t enough,only for me to wake up this very morning 03/17/22 at 6:45am to find out that my car along other cars have been towed from the visitors spot directly opposite the leasing office,everybody outside! Now they said reason being they had earlier on during the day while ppl were out at work or something,cleaned the spot out intending to use them for residence parking now without prior warning to ppl and then they have all the car towed,if that’s not the highest level of wickedness and inhumane treatment,then I don’t know wat it is,cos all of our cars are gone without a warning or sending letters out,like for real for real!!! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MOVE HERE!!! Do urself a great favor by reading thru the reviews,worse is u call the number for the tow truck and they not open to 9:30am like seriously! Wat if I had a freaking flight to catch or I had to go to some appointment or wat abt my job,if u have the balls to tow ppl cars and still take their hard earned money,then sit ur heartless heart by ur office immediately so ppl can get their cars and go abt their daily activity!
