During the consultation Dr. Cooper was very informative about the what to expect during procedure and about the results. performed the procedure assisted by PA Ben and they were all too incredible for words. I am an RN and was initially skeptic when I heard of Sono Bello. My initial visit was with a non clinical person and that feed into my negative thoughts because I wanted to meet with the MD or someone with more clinical expertise. The specialist who met me during this visit was very informative and full of knowledge. After a year of my first consultation, I decided to move forward with a procedure. My mind was blow after my pre-op appt. The nurses that guided me through what to expect were phenomenal. The visit was clear, concise, informative, reassuring and full of patience. The day of my procedure, my nurse Eli was amazing. It was professional and the care plan was perfect for me. I had a great experience and definitely recommend Sono Bello for those who are considering liposuction. The results have been fantastic and it was a great experience all around. From scheduling to the procedure itself and post-procedure care, I have zero complaints and only good things to say. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and kind and they definitely put patients first. The nurses and staff also respond super quickly to emails, phone calls and texts. Everyone, including the doctors, made me feel completely at ease. In particular, Kayla, the Patient Care Consultant, is fantastic. She handled my scheduling, billing, financing and the paperwork that I needed to sign. She was really flexible and communicative while I got my financing in order. I visited another clinic first and I really felt like their coordinator was like a pushy salesperson. Kayla is very much focused on patient care. All in all, I felt that I was in really good hands at Sono Bello.
