Tried to order online, website kept crashing. placed many calls to order starting around 2pm, at first there was multiple rings, but then it was obvious they were ignoring/denying the calls because it would only time 3 or 4 times before disconnecting the line. I finally drove to the store around 3:30, and was told that they were not taking any new orders for at least 15-30 minutes. Then the employee decided to refer my boyfriend and I to their job applications for faster service, and though it was said in a play like manner, I was obviously in my work uniform and wasn't there seeking employment. I understand being short staffed and the lack of willing people to work. I also respect the few who do work each day during these hard times, but I just had a very poor experiences recently with this Papa Murphy's due to the obviously overworked staff and do not recommend relying on this store at this time for a last minute dinner option.
