Do not go here!! One of my glasses frame arms came off. Of course they tried blaming me. They would not fix it unless I paid $15 for insurance. I did. Not even a month later. I think the same pair. The lenses just popped out and I could not get the frame back together. That’s when I decided to get my prescription so I can go elsewhere for frames. Don’t go here. You will regret it. They sell cheap frames that break and they won’t honor fixes unless you spend more money.

Everyone was super duper kind and bubbly. Customer service is 100% on point as well actual service. They even offered to finish my glasses same day even though i came 2 hrs before closing and wasn’t expecting it at all

The people here are really nice. I needed my lenses transferred from a bent pair of glasses to a spare frame and they were able to do it for me with no charge and in less than an hour with only 2 staff members on a Saturday. I was not a customer here before today and they still took care of me. If I ever am in need of an eye exam or anything else I will definitely be coming here for them to take care of my optical needs. Really great customer service here!

Bought my 3rd pair of glasses here. Had trouble seeing clearly with them. After my 3rd visit I spoke with the Lens Dept Manager. The Lens Manager was AWESOME !!! I returned 2 weeks later to pick up my glasses. They are perfect! I can see perfect when driving ! Thank you !
