I walked in for a haircut and had to wait for the employees to stop talking to each other for a good few minutes. Then when they I asked if I had called ahead, I said no. They advertise that you can stop in anytime and don't need an appointment, so I didn't think I needed to call. The lady scoffed at me and said they were booked out and too busy until closing. I looked around the salon and there wasn't anyone in the salon. Not too pleased with their customer service and the false advertising. 3/27/22

The salon is always clean and the staff are friendly. I love going here because I can trust my stylist to give me the best cut possible. The services are both affordable, and top quality. I've always had a pleasant experience. Lori is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend checking it out.
