I started living in apartments since college, Olde Towne is by far the best community and managed by a professional and caring team. It’s a good place to stay but it would have been great if there is month on month lease for short stays

The leasing breakage policy is not friendly. I had given 1 and 1/2 month notice and they didn't consider that notice period. I had to pay the complete lease breakage amount. May be they should have friendly policies
