Best donuts in Eugene and lots of sinfully sweet treats for the offi.

Totally average and that's okay. No frills, no fuss standard donuts. They get the job done. Taste fine. Nothing to make you say wow but perfectly feasible to satisfy a donut need

I like their biscuits and gravy, that was my first time eating them there. I tried the blueberry cake donut cause I was like I don't like blueberries much but they made it in a way that it was like eating the tops of the muffin, it was great. I really enjoyed it and appreciate having a nice breakfast with my husband.

Been here over 100 times, maybe more! Usually it's a pleasant experience enjoying a donut or two... Today, I stopped in to grab two dozen donuts for an elderly charitable function. Simple order, "Variety from the bottom shelf, no nuts, and no pumpkin (please)." The young gal with the gauged ears crammed 20 inside a box and wrapped them up nicely with 6 tossed into a sack... I explained very nicely that I was going to a function and needed the two bakers dozen wrapped up in two boxes. (I thought to myself) this was kind of common business sense to me being two boxes displayed with your large sticker logo means TWICE the exposure (whatever). She told me she couldn't give me two boxes because they didn't have enough supply... She also said, "I am only doing what the owner told me to do." I explained that I paid for over $25 bucks of donuts and I even gave her a $3.00 tip! Cannot give a customer two boxes?? She obviously does not understand that the customer is the boss; because without them you have no business! She finally, reluctantly, gave me another box, but the lonely 6 in one box looked unkept. Is this how Dizzy Dean's wants their donuts to look on a table for people to enjoy? She was absolutely unprofessional and if I were Dean, she be cleaning the floors and windows for awhile and not helping paying customers. I'll keep going here and eating their Donuts as I've chalked this up to maybe she's just not enjoying her job. Coupling that with no matter where you go, the customer service is super lacking and good help is nearly impossible to find anymore.

They sure can. Call them direct. And be sure to order Cruellers and the Maple Bacon bar!
They have a hot box everyday. You can a hot donut any time of the day. Open 7 days a week. The Best Donuts Ever!
I don't think so
When I pull up and see that "HOT DONUTS NOW" sign lit up I feel very special
That's oddly specific, but I'm pretty sure they could hook that up if you asked.
You would need to ask the organzer
Probably an 8. Really nice staff, reasonable prices, and delicious donuts! One of my favorite shops in town :) It’s pretty clean too, both in the eating areas and in the restrooms. They have a coffee station too which is really nice, and you can purchase other drinks like water, juice, milk, etc for breakfast in a little fridge they have behind the counter. It looks very homey inside as well, and has generally good music playing.
When I was in last week there was no indoor seating. Masks required.
