Updated Review 07/29/2022 New management has taken over the complex and so far, it seems they've taken a great location and are working hard making it even better! Several old maintenance complaints have been addressed, they are working on parking lot repairs, and the staff has been super friendly and responsive since taking the helm. As such, my review won't change, Greenwood Plaza Apartments are still a great place to live and rent in the Fiddlers Green area, and I'm happy to see the fresh take on providing a positive and helpful experience with the new staff. Keep up the great work, and thanks for all that you do! Renter: 4+ Years

I've lived at Greenwood Plaza Apartments for 13 years for many reasons. The location is great. They offer several different models with the option to have an attached or detached garage...which are actually big enough to fit my long bed, full size truck. The community is quiet and friendly and the office and maintenance staff are awesome! I've lived in many different apartment communities and by far this one is the best.

The ONLY reason they have any positive reviews is because the property manager Shirley runs contests for the residents for $100 gift cards for people who write positive reviews. You don't get entered into the contest if you write an honest review, it MUST be a positive review. That shows how shady this place is. I have never in my life not gotten my deposit back upon move out I even hired professional cleaners to clean my apartment once I was out and I was still charged $800 for carpet replacement! Funny how that carpet was "replaced" with upgraded hardwood floors like the other units in the complex, yet I was charged with damaging (I didn't) carpet they were planning on ripping out anyways! So glad I could pay for the new tenant's hardwood floors in the middle of a pandemic Shirley. Happy to help!

That depends on your floor plan, the location within the apartment and selection of opt in features (garage, pet, etc.) I pay 1580 for a ~1300 sqft apartment on outer edge of the third floor. Having one of the outer apartments results in a much bigger, 2 sided balcony. The website gives you price ranges for floorplans, you can get exact amounts if you call.
